The results show the increasing number of survived animals in the treated group compared to the negative control group.&lt;strong&gt; Conclussion:&lt;/strong&gt; Both of &lt;em&gt;U. gambir &lt;/em&gt;and &lt;em&gt;U. sclerophylla &lt;/em&gt;prevent pulmonary thromboembolism on mice subjects represent by the increased of survival rate. Antithrombotic effects that were observed suggested was provide by their antiplatelet activity.&lt;/p&gt;
